A couple of days ago the Cass Review final report was released, two years after the interim report, four years after it was commissioned by the government.

We've had to wait so long because, as the review makes clear, right up until January this year Dr Cass was unable to obtain information she was requesting from the people behind the patient pathway for children used by the Tavistock Clinic.
It's beyond obvious that trans-activists within the NHS tried to thwart her investigation.
But even though the review is now published, to acclaim from all points of the political spectrum, the activists are doing their best to smear it.
On YouTube, this ‘context box’ has been appearing under videos by reputable organisations discussing the Cass Review.
In particular: the BMJ (British Medical Journal) channel, their interview with Dr Cass herself. And the New Statesman channel, a discussion including Hannah Barnes, author of “Time to Think”, her book about the collapse of the now notorious Tavistock Clinic.
It also appeared under a well-known Terfy channel, “Peak Trans”. None of these three videos was talking about “conversion therapy".
But the use of this context box is intended to make the casual viewer ASSUME that's what the videos are about.
I know the creator of Peak Trans has already complained to YouTube. I have sent in my complaints about the placement of the Trevor Project conversion therapy context box on the BMJ and New Statesman videos, and informed those creators I've done so.
It's very obvious that the NHS activists internal delaying tactics were aimed at pushing the publication of the Cass Review into the future, as near as possible up to the general election.
Because they are relying on an incoming Labour government bringing in a “conversion therapy ban”.
Which would immediately criminalize all the exact recommendations Dr Cass has made to the new regional NHS “gender-clinics”, for the care of deeply disturbed young Cult victims (because that is what they are).
Notably, holistic mental health services - psychiatric evaluations, investigations into past and ongoing traumas and medical conditions, whole-family therapy, CBT, talking therapies. All these are considered by trans-activists to be conversion therapy.
These bans are coming down the track, and will undo, at a stroke, the four years of hard work Dr Cass has undertaken at the government's request.
Thanks for the heads-up. No sneaky trick is beyond the ‘ban conversion therapy’ crowd.
I am sharing this important notice on my socials. Thank you Stella!
