Writing this in the small hours of Sunday 9th June, I still don't know how many of our candidates got their paperwork accepted by their local councils.
Today at Let Women Speak Norwich, three of them spoke, alongside Kellie-Jay Keen, party leader, who is the candidate for Bristol Central - where I live!

I was very pleased to be part of the team advising our candidates how to get through the process. As a brand new party (only registered by the Electoral Commission on 8th February), everyone, especially prospective candidates, is on a steep learning curve.
We managed to find 5 incredibly brave women to stand in the local elections in May. You can see them on the party’s website.
https://www.partyofwomen.org/
Those five are true pioneers. This is the first time a political party which centres women and opposes trans-ideology, has raised candidates for elections in Britain.
Then, with the snap election called so soon afterwards, Kellie-Jay had the very difficult task of motivating prospective national candidates. Standing for a General election is a whole different ballgame. It's a more complicated process, and each candidate has to find £500, called a “deposit" which most Independents, or those from small parties, will not get back unless they win 5% of the votes cast.
But anyone standing for P.O.W. has a whole range of other problems: the real possibility of losing friends, alienating family members, losing jobs; being cancelled and no-platformed, receiving abuse and threats of violence on and offline, and even eviction notices; which has already happened to one woman who asked her business premises landlord of 12 years if he would sign her nomination papers!
Why? Why should candidates standing on a women's rights/child safeguarding ticket be so controversial that even attempting to do it puts them in danger?
Because trans-ideology is so deeply embedded in our society. No political party so far has had the courage to weed it out of our institutions and civil service - a few mild slap-on-the-wrist “guidelines” is all the crumbs we've been thrown. Which are so toothless that activists in the Unions can easily instruct their members how to evade and ignore them.
Party Of Women candidates come from all political backgrounds and none. We don’t police their views on geo-politics, all they need to do is not be afraid to say:
No Woman has a Penis, No Man has a Vagina, there's no such thing as “non-binary”, and Transitioning Children is profound abuse.
We also campaign to Repeal the GRA, a ridiculous piece of legislation which denies biological reality. Voters could justifiably think that if you can't trust a politician to know that men and women are biologically different, can you trust them on anything at all?
Especially since those biological differences are so crucial in our societ. The health system, Education, Sports, Criminal justice. The GRA makes a nonsense of recording data about us: data needed for medical research, educational achievement, and domestic violence statistics, just as a few examples.
Why bother with “VAWG” if men are the “WG"?
Why have a field of research like Genealogy, if you don't know who the Mothers and Fathers really were?
Why bother with Biology at all, if you believe that somehow, in the last 20 years or so, humans have suddenly evolved into this amorphous un-sexed species, totally different from other Mammals? (Children don't need mothers at all - right)?
As for Archeology, forget it. You can't label your skeletons as male or female, or identify artefacts which were used by one sex or the other.
Ah, but that doesn't matter, because you can re-write history to erase women's achievements (the precious few which were actually recorded by male historians) and say “Tranz dun that”.
Even George Orwell couldn't have thought of all this, when he invented “NewSpeak”.
Now you can understand why our opponents fight us so viciously. It's 106 short years since women were finally allowed to vote in Britain. “Rights” for women, like a University education, having a mortgage as an individual, running in marathons, and of course equal pay, had to be scrabbled for, one by one.
They can all vanish overnight, on a politician's whim, as the women of Afghanistan have found out.
So please don't spoil your vote or stay at home, as I see even some female influencers advising. (Katie Hopkins, I'm looking at you). Women AND men fought for universal suffrage, and some died to achieve it. Let's not betray their struggle.
Yes, FPTP is a pain, yes we will most likely end up with the other cheek of the Establishment arse.
But giving your protest vote to Party Of Women, if we are standing in your constituency (and for other smaller parties, if not) is the only way to GENUINELY rebel.
We might even shake up our Overlords enough to extract PR from them, for the next general election!
On Friday night I was a guest on a local community radio station's politics show. (Not for the first time). Deep in the heart of Woke Bristol, and fun fact, in Bristol Central, it's called The People's Republic Of Stokes Croft Radio!
The guy who runs it is not only unafraid to have me on his show, he's put together this nice video of my session, complete with the POW logo and slogans! (Feel VERY free to fast-forward during George Galloway’s “Rivers of Blood” rant)!
And by the way, he signed Kellie-Jay's nomination form!
Every time they veered off into GAZAGAZAGAZA, I did my best to bring it back to what I was there to talk about - Party Of Women. Hope you enjoy it!
(Don't forget to join us, donate to the POW crowdfunder - and VOTE for us)!

Very lucky to be able to use your vote and make a real difference, and KJK is lucky to have you on call in Brizzle! Great post, best of luck! #POW
