Fujitsu staff were able to manipulate sub-Post Office Horizon computers remotely without the staff knowing, contrary to what Paula Vennells was claiming.
Heads should be rolling.
My ignorance is profound -I had no idea about this scandalous situation. We have a post office in our village and that, along with the shop it sits in, is definitely the warm heart of the community. Thankfully, it was never undermined by a crap computer system as far as I know.
